We use Go Sweet Spot Overnight Bags (non signature), which is Post Haste.

RURAL deliveries will be shipped using Pass The Parcel.

Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed/dispatched. You will receive a tracking email once it has been shipped

Orders should arrive within 3 days of being shipped, please track your order (with the tracking provided in the Dispatch email) and follow the Post Haste Enquiry process if you have not received it with in a reasonable time frame.

We can not ship to PO BOX addresses, so please provide us with another address for delivery.

DELIVERIES are set as ATL (Authority to Leave) so no signature is required on delivery. Your parcel will be left by the courier driver, please let us know if you would like 'Signature on delivery' attached to your shipping or for it to be left in a specific place.

Standard Post : NZD$15 flat rate and should take approx. 3-10 business days,untracked

Please Note this is an un-tracked, we are not responsible should it go missing on its journey to Aus. Please choose Economy Courier for faster and tracked service.

Economy Courier: NZD$30 flat rate and should take approx.2-5 business days. This option is tracked and insured. (Australian orders over $200 should use Economy Courier Option)

If you choose an un-tracked shipping method, Kiddy Couture is not responsible for lost parcels which are out of our control. Please let us know if you want tracked for an additional cost.
